When Do I Get Paid?

“When will I be paid?” is our most popular question from our customers.

Payment is normally made within 24 hours of receipt of your supplies, and no later than 3 business days after we receive your package. We receive a large numbers of boxes, and we need time to remove any labels, inspect the packages, and log in the order details to ensure that your payment is processed correctly. If your box arrives on a Monday, since we receive 2-3 times our normal volume, it's possible that your processing will be delayed to the next day.

Of course, we aspire to pay our customers as quickly as possible, so you may see your payment processed much quicker than that!

Payments are always made after 5pm Pacific time daily when our payments team comes online, and they pay and update your quote status all night until they complete all payments.

Paypal and Venmo are both nearly instant funds transfers. ACH take 1-2 business days to reach your account. Checks take approximately 5 business days to arrive anywhere in the US. 

You will receive an email confirmation when your payment has been processed. If you are wondering if your payment has been issued, please review your email or you can review the status of your quote in your My Account page 24/7.

And please note, although we love to hear from you, emailing to ask when you will receive your payment often delays your payment since it takes time to look up your quote, check with our supply processors and then with our payment system. And this also may delay payments to other sellers as well since we are checking when your payment will be or was processed instead of processing payments :). Please know we understand how important getting paid is and strive to process your payments as fast as possible.

You can always check the status of your shipment and payment directly from our website as well. Just interact with our virtual assistant, Jewel. on the bottom right corner and click 'Check status of my Quote', just enter your quote number and you'll receive real-time status updates! No waiting for us to reply and available 24/7! (Please note, shipment tracking only available when using our labels or shipping kits)
