Please Send Me Photos From My Adjustment

When we process your supplies and there is a discrepency between what you submitted and what we received, we take photos of all your supplies (and shipping box).

These photos that explain and show the discrepency are available in your account on our website for 60 days from the day they are uploaded (and supplies processed). Please login into your My Account on our website, select My Orders then the Quote # in question and you'll see files attached to the quote along with the adjustment comments that you can review at your convenience.

We also send you an adjustment email at the same time as well that includes the same adjustment comments. [Sometimes this email can go into your spam folder, so be sure to check there if you don’t see it.]
