Please Send Back Boxes That You Didn't Buy
Unfortunately, we are not setup to ship any supplies back that we can't purchase.
We try really hard to alert our customers on our website, Facebook page, in our virtual assistant chat and in our emails to please double check your supplies before sending them since we won't buy or return any that don't match our minimum requirements. We also list the minimum requirements for each box/brand on each page on our website where you add them to your cart and you have to select the condition and exp date before submitting for your reference.
If you can imagine, if we had to return every box that we could not purchase we would spend most of the day, every day, shipping back supplies. If that were the case, we would have to lower our prices to hire additional staff (or go out of business) just to send back supplies we already lost money on since we could not buy them and already paid the shipping costs for you to ship them to us. That's why we ask our customers to agree to our terms and conditions before checking out to avoid any confusion or disappointment and strive to provide our sellers a great experience each time they sell with us.
We will donate the items locally in our area if they are usable and accepted. We won't be able to resell them unfortunately.
